  Was told by the sales associate that if we signed up for the current promotion, we would be receiving a free Samsung VR headset. It wasn't until after we had signed everything, made our payment, and set up our phones, that she told us that the headset was no longer available. We were told that she would make it right, but here we are almost 4 months later, and still no compensation. The service and price really are not worth staying with AT&T without this extra bonus. Save your money and go elsewhere, or at least be aware of their bait and switch sales tactics.

  Bought a Apple Watch series 3 with cellular that wouldn’t work without my phone. Came to realize it had no SIM for some odd reason and att manager wasn’t helpful what’s so ever and came off as a know it all. Good to know I’ll be with a watch for a month that doesn’t have cellular that I PAID for
