  The first time I went in, I was dazzled by the arrays of fabrics and textures that lined the shelves. I didn't buy anything, but I thought I'd like to have a hobby for fashion and get inspired. The second time I went for crafts for a school project, it took just a bit too long to find what I needed and where I needed it. If only they had overhead signs that hung from the ceiling to help direct. I do think the place is great, but it does take a while to find perfect craft supplies, and finding a customer service agent can sometimes feel like playing a game of "Where's Waldo?"
